untitled 14
Initially, it was a curiosity.
Lingerings in my mind and tuggings at my heart,
Oblique interjections pulling my attention.
Very quickly it became intoxication—
Ev’ry spare moment spent yearning for your presence.
You inspire such beautiful selfishness in me:
Oftentimes I dream of the world crumbling away,
Until you inhabit only me, and I you.
