I find her in the night

I find her in the night, under a wide sky with nothing but the world beneath my feet.

Her cool hands brush across my naked skin, sweetening my wounds with her touch.
Her shadow floats down, ignoring the vast expanse about, pulling me close with its comfortable mystery.
Through her gentle caress I absorb home.

She is reflection, mirroring what is given her: sensuality, passion, love, light.
She dances—spinning among the earth spinning among the stars spinning among the void spinning—
spinning soft threads of moonlight for the world.
Through their gentle caress I find peace.

Healer, enigma, mirror, spirit.

She is the night, under a wide sky with nothing but the world beneath her feet.
